No. Traveler is using all HTTP(S) connections, so it is just however you have HTTP setup.
Prior to 8.5.2, there was the TCP push port (default of 8642) that the devices used for push, but that moved to HTTP in 8.5.2. As long as you don't have any pre-8.5.2 clients still running, you don't need the TCP push port and don't need to worry about port forwarding of that if you are using a proxy (without a proxy, you didn't need to port forward it anyway). If you still have clients running 8.5.1, you should update them and then you can disable the TCP push port.
